Refund Policy
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.
The 30 day warranty only covers defective products. If your pet does not like the product or you have ordered the wrong size/color, we grant you a 40% discount on your next purchase.
Typing errors in personalized products will only be exchanged if the error was caused by us. Please pay attention to what you type.
In the interest of hygiene and our community, the following items can not be returned:
- Customized Products
- Underwear/lingerie, and swimwear unless the product is clearly unopened.
- Hats and hair accessories unless unworn and the tags still in place.
- Earrings and body jewelry - we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings or body jewelry.
- Quilts, duvets, pillows, and bedding unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
- Cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene products, and towels. We will only accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging,
- Food and Beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order number.

Please email our support team at support@doggykingdom.com for any return requests. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return, and these costs are non-refundable. Store credit will be offered for all eligible returns. Include the invoice in the package.
Once the return is shipped, kindly send the receipt/tracking number to our team so that we can promptly process the credit.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)
A notification email will be sent out when a store credit is processed. If you are returning an item for store credit it will be reviewed upon receipt and a credit will be issued if approved.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to support@doggykingdom.com within 24 hours after delivery for review.
*LIFETIME WARRANTY* for the Harness, Winter Jacket and Dog Backpack.
We offer a maximum of two replacements if the harness, winter jacket and dog backpack is torn or damaged during normal use. Please send a clear picture of the damaged product to support@doggykingdom.com and attach your original invoice. Normal wear and tear will not be replaced. If your dog bites into the product, this is not a normal use and is not insured.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products like our Doggy Guide Ebook cannot be returned after download.
NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION
Customers who have opted in to the Navidium Shipping Protection will be disburdened from return costs for damaged products within the guarantee period of 30 days. Upon information about a damaged product, the customer has to provide photos of the damaged product and Doggykingdom is entitled to request return of the product on their own cost or waive this right and replace the damaged product without return.
