Return & Refund Policy

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Typographical errors on personalized products will be corrected only if the mistake was ours. Please double-check your entry before submitting.
  • Customized products cannot be returned.

All returns must include the original invoice or a note with your full name, the email address used for the order, and the order number. Ship returns to:

Email support@doggykingdom.com for return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Once your return ships, please forward the shipping receipt or tracking number so we can process your store credit promptly.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it. Email a photo of the defective or damaged item to support@doggykingdom.com within 24 hours of delivery for review.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our harnesses, winter jackets, and dog backpacks come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We offer up to two free replacements if these items tear or fail during normal use. To request a replacement, email a clear photo of the damaged product along with your original invoice to support@doggykingdom.com. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as chewing.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, including the Doggy Guide eBook, cannot be returned once downloaded.

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
Our optional Navidium Shipping Protection covers packages that arrive damaged, are lost in transit, or get stolen. If a covered issue occurs, we will refund your purchase or send a replacement. Shipping protection fees and any related taxes are not included in your order total.
