If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related costs to deliver a replacement. Please be aware to send a photo of the damage within 24 hours after delivery to email@example.com, otherwise we can't accept the refund.

If a product was received damaged please follow this instructions:

If your package does not arrive, arrives damaged or was stolen, our shipping protection will protect you. Either we will reimburse you for the cost of the ordered items or you will receive a new delivery. The price of shipping protection and taxes are not included.
If the tracking status is not "delivered" and at least 35 days have passed since the order was placed. Please contact our protection team at firstname.lastname@example.org after 35 days have passed since the order was placed.
If the address is incorrect.
Sometimes a package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address. In this case the package will be returned to Doggykingdom. In this case the package is not lost, please contact the Doggykingdom customer support email@example.com

If your order got stuck in customs.
It is not a protected case if the shipment gets stuck in customs. Here you pay the customs fees to receive your package.
If the status is "delivered" but the package is not here / has been stolen we need a police report including the following: I have ordered a package from Doggykingdom and have purchased a shipping protection from Doggykingdom, this department needs the police report. From the status “delivered” the police report has to be provided within 14 days to our staff.
Then you can open a case and send us the report and your order number.
A falsified police report can and will result in legal consequences.
If a package is marked as "delivered" but has not actually arrived and there is no evidence that it has been stolen, please wait 5 days after the "delivery date", but no longer than 14 days, to ensure that it has not been misdelivered or found by anyone.
If a delivery was made to a wrong address.
If the delivery address in the checkout at Doggykingdom was entered correctly but the package was delivered to a wrong address you can open a case.
We replace the items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item within 24 hours after delivery to email@example.com for inspection.
Customers who have opted to the Shipping Plus Services will be disburdened from return costs for damaged products within the guarantee period of 30 days. Upon information about a damaged product, the customer has to provide photos of the damaged product and Doggykingdom is entitled to request return of the product on their own cost or waive this right and replace the damaged product without return.
We are GDPR compliant. GDPR came into effect on May 25th 2018, and we at doggykingdom.net are hard at work to ensure that our systems are fully compliant with key data protection principles highlighted in the GDPR.
We absolutely do not have an access to your credit card information, and only in situations when transaction is suspicious (attempt to pay with two different credit cards, billing address is different from shipping address), we will require your identification for verification purposes.
Sometimes it is even required to call your billing number to verify that all information on your transaction is correct.
After your payment had been verified, we will destroy your IDs information and will not store them anywhere.
We accept credit card details via email (all credit card details supplied will be destroyed once the payment has been processed).
